Ingredients
VANILLA LATTE MOUSSE
- 1⁄2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp zero calorie sweetener
- 1 ounce cream cheese, room temperature
- 1⁄2 cup 0% greek yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup Quest Vanilla Latte Iced Coffee
- 1 tsp espresso powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Using a handheld mixer or stand alone mixer, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Mix in the sweetener.
- In another bowl, use a hand held mixer to combine the cream cheese and yogurt.
- Once smooth, add in the Quest Vanilla Latte Iced Coffee, espresso powder and vanilla until smooth.
- Transfer the mixer to the bowl of heavy cream and gently combine.
- Separate into 5 serving glasses and chill overnight.
- Serve with whipped cream if desired.
